tatosianEd Tatosian is a former Lieutenant in the Sacramento, California Police Department. He brings over 32 years of public safety experience to his position as CEO and founder of SES. His most recent experience was the Special Operations Commander. While Special Ops Commander, Ed did the tactical planning and management of tactical operations for major police events, such as visits by the President and Vice-President, anti-war demonstrations, and large community events requiring police presence. Ed has managed the Explosive Ordinance Disposal Unit, The K-9 Unit and the Parolee Intervention Team. Prior to leaving the Police department Ed managed the Special Operations Unit for 3 years. He also has over 10 years experience as a Crisis Negotiator and 5 years as a SWAT Operator.

Highly Decorated Background

Ed's long and highly decorated background in public safety allows him to be an expert in such tactics as barricaded subjects, hostage situations, suicidal interventions, high-risk search warrants, police tactics, crowd control, and use of force. Ed has earned commendations for bravery and Distinguished Service Awards from the Sacramento Police Department, among his many commendations.

Saving Lives

During his time in the Sacramento Police Department, Ed was involved in over 300 critical incidents and prides himself on the many times he provided intervention that saved lives.
